Potato Chip Cookies with Chocolate

Potato Chip Cookies with Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla or vanilla paste
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
Directions
- First, Cream butter and sugar until it becomes fluffy. And then, add 1 tsp. of vanilla and flour slowly and beat until blended.
- Next, stir in the potato chips. Drop by teaspoonful onto an un-greased cookie sheet. And then, when the cookies are already cooled, drizzle the chocolate gnash over the top of the cookies.
- Lastly, bake 350 for 13 to 15 minutes.
- Now it is ready to serve.
