Bavarian Brownies
A simple brownie recipe that is easy to make yet delicious and tasty. This recipe yields 25 brownies.
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package German chocolate cake mix
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
Directions
- First, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and then grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Next, in a large bowl, combine the cake mix, milk, butter and egg; mix until well blended. Batter will be thick.
- And then, stir in the chocolate chips. Stir in the walnuts if desired. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Lastly, bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until brownies spring back to the touch. Cool before cutting into squares.
- Bavarian Brownies are ready to serve!
